Our services are not limited to just builidng them however - we also offer you maintenance for your aquariums (whether we built them or not), supplying aquarium owners with water and supplies, also servicing or upgrading your aquarium if need be. Aside from the usual claims of personal service and attention that everyone else claims, the one thing that sets us most apart from the pack is that we are the only known designer of underwater enironments that will give you your REVERSE OSMOSIS WATER FOR FREE (both salted and fresh). We do this because we feel the right water is essential for the life of your display. Often people feel that they can just fill it with tap water and throw in chemicals, learn more about reverse osmosis water. We have a new system where you or your business can lease their aquarium with an option to buy that was introduced earlier this year. This makes the aquarium of your dreams significantly more affordable and gives you the flexibility you want in case you desire a redesign later on. Another significant aspect of our design firm is that we only charge for the time spent on the project. So if we spend thirty minutes cleaning your aquarium, we don't round up to the next hour. Thirty minutes is thirty minutes to us. Our service is available after 5pm - you can call us in case of emergency anytime during the night or weekends. Our schedule is flexible, we are there when you need us. Currently, we service the areas of Upstate New York in Westchester County and southward to NYC and then as far north as New Haven County in Connecticut.
